A Culture of Giving Back
Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited (Domino’s), along with its franchisees and employees are committed to supporting the communities in which we operate throughout Australia.
While pizza is our passion, we are proud to contribute to ethical, responsible and sustainable business practices through the Domino’s Give for Good Program. Launched in 2016, Give for Good Limited is a registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ABN 17621450413).
Our Giving Philosophy focuses on four key areas where we aim to develop sustainable best practices, assistance and support to make a difference to our local communities.

Domino’s operates stores in every state and territory in Australia, from the big cities to the smaller regional towns. We are a truly national Australian company, and through our franchisees and our employees we believe in Giving where we can when communities or individuals are doing it tough.

Round Up For Charity
Your small change can make a BIG difference!
When you place your next pizza order you may be asked to ‘Round Up For Charity’ to the nearest dollar.
All money raised through the Round Up For Charity initiative will be used to support the Domino’s Give for Good program.
Domino’s Corporate employees are committed to giving to a wide range of charities as part of our workplace philosophy.
All employees can choose to give a portion of their wages tax free to selected charities, including Domino’s internal Partners Foundation.
Partners Foundation is a Domino's internal non-profit organisation established to assist team members in time of special need or tragedy as a result of natural disasters, unexpected afflictions, on-the-job accidents and other emergencies. Since its inception, the Partners Foundation has helped many Domino's team members and their families with financial, emotional, intermediary and advisory assistance throughout Australia.
Domino’s employees can also allocate one day per year to a charity of their choice to offer their time, knowledge, experience and skills.
These workplace initiatives are part of our ongoing effort to support the communities in which we operate in right throughout Australia.

Board of Directors and Leadership
Helen Darch is the Managing Director of Nedhurst Consulting Group, a Brisbane-based consulting group specialising in research, strategy and communication. Helen has extensive experience in strategy, change management, communication, engagement, facilitation and negotiation across large public, private and not-for-profit organisations. She holds a range of leadership roles on large not-for profit boards including the Deputy Chair of the Children’s Hospital Foundation, Interim Chairperson of the Children’s Health Research Alliance, and Non-Executive Director of Metro South Hospital and Health Board. Helen has previously served on the board of Cerebral Palsy Australia and Cerebral Palsy League and is currently a member of the Women and Change circle that raise funds for social impact projects.
Executive Director and Company Secretary
Erin Walford has been admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland and has over ten years’ experience as a practicing solicitor. Erin is the Senior Legal Counsel for Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited and has worked for the company for more than seven years. She is a commercial and technology lawyer specialising in franchising, consumer law and regulatory issues, intellectual property and governance. Erin has previously worked as a solicitor for Herbert Geer Lawyers and volunteered with community legal services. Erin mentors students from the Queensland University of Technology and has been involved in many community initiatives including the State Emergency Service and The Smith Family. Erin holds a Bachelor of Business (Management)/ Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma from Applied Corporate Governance from Corporate Governance Australia.
John Harney is Domino’s Group Chief Procurement Officer, as well as the Director of Giving for Domino’s Give for Good program. John joined Domino's in 2004 and has over 21 years' experience in both retail and industrial procurement and supply chain. He is responsible for the delivery of all elements of Domino's Australia, New Zealand and European supply chain. Prior to joining Domino's, John held procurement positions with Uniqema Asia-Pacific in Malaysia and manufacturing roles with Unilever in Australia. He graduated from Swinburne University with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech) and has a post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Monash University.
Nick Knight is the Chief Executive Officer of Australia and New Zealand at Domino’s Pizzas Enterprises Limited. From wobble boarder to multi-network franchisee, Nick had the largest network of stores of any franchisee in 2012. Nick has served in many roles at Domino’s including Australia and New Zealand Operations Manager, and National Corporate Operations Manager, where he oversaw the operations of Domino's Pizza Enterprise's 80 corporately run stores. As a successful franchisee, he won Domino's top award, the prestigious Golden Franny, from Domino's International three times. In his role as ANZ CEO, Nick drives the Domino’s brands strategic vision and operations in the two biggest markets of Domino’s Pizza Enterprises’ operations.
Natalie Bain is a senior communication and engagement specialist with 18 years’ experience in corporate communication, partnership building and stakeholder engagement at community, state, national and international levels. Her work, predominantly in the resources sector, has focused on building and maintaining relationships between organisations and host communities and creating strategic partnerships with not-for-profit organisations. Natalie is the Global Community Manager at multinational mining services company Orica, where she is responsible for developing and leading a strategic approach to stakeholder engagement and community investment. She currently serves on the board and governance committee of True Relationships and Reproductive Health and is a Corporate Champion of The Smith Family’s ‘Care2Achieve’ program.
